Refunds & Cancellation

Oxygen will issue you a full refund if:

  1. You change or cancel your appointment within 1 hour of making it.
  2. You cancel your appointment 24 or more hours prior to the start time.
  3. Oxygen, in its discretion after investigation, determines that its network or server failed or was otherwise interrupted such that the appointment was not possible.

Non – Refundable items

Oxygen will not refund you if:

  1. The appointment was completed and services were provided.
  2. You cancel the appointment within 24 hours prior to the start time.
  3. Your devices or systems (including internet connectivity) fail or otherwise prevent the appointment from satisfactorily occurring.
  4. You miss or otherwise fail to keep the appointment.

If you have a dispute regarding a refund, please contact customer support at support@oxygen.healthcare. Customer support will conduct an investigation and determine whether you are eligible for a refund. If approved, your refund will be promptly applied on your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear to your bank statement.
