Oxygen will issue you a full refund if:
- You change or cancel your appointment within 1 hour of making it.
- You cancel your appointment 24 or more hours prior to the start time.
- Oxygen, in its discretion after investigation, determines that its network or server failed or was otherwise interrupted such that the appointment was not possible.
Non – Refundable items
Oxygen will not refund you if:
- The appointment was completed and services were provided.
- You cancel the appointment within 24 hours prior to the start time.
- Your devices or systems (including internet connectivity) fail or otherwise prevent the appointment from satisfactorily occurring.
- You miss or otherwise fail to keep the appointment.
If you have a dispute regarding a refund, please contact customer support at email@example.com. Customer support will conduct an investigation and determine whether you are eligible for a refund. If approved, your refund will be promptly applied on your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear to your bank statement.
